Zásady vrácení peněz

We all change our mind sometimes, which is why we provide a ‘no quibble’ money back guarantee for new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery. The only thing you need to pay is the cost of returning the items to us.

The only exception to this policy is for wicks, waxes and fragrances, which cannot be returned due to safety reasons; and clearance items.

To return your item, simply complete the following steps:

1. Login to your account via the icon in the top right corner of the screen or by clicking here.
2. Click “return request” for the items you would like to return.
3. Select a return reason and add a note explaining the reason for the return.
4. Click “request return” and your return request will be sent for approval - please do not return the items until the return as been approved. 

Once the return has been reviewed, we’ll contact you with information on the next steps. After the product is received back, we’ll arrange the refund for you.  

If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we'll also pay the return shipping costs. Should this be the case, please email us via support@nicandlesupplies.com with the full details of the issue.
