By creating a box, you are subscribing to a recurring purchase. Your selected items will be automatically delivered based on the frequency you choose. You can modify or cancel your subscription at any time.

All You Need to Know About Our Subscription Service

HOW DO I BUILD A SUBSCRIPTION BOX?

Choose any fragrance oil from our full collection, select the bottle size (10ml, 50ml, 100ml, 500ml, 5kg, or 10kg), and set the quantity. You can mix and match scents in a single shipment — there’s no minimum or maximum volume. Confirm your delivery frequency and complete checkout.

WHICH DELIVERY FREQUENCIES CAN I PICK?

You can subscribe fortnightly, monthly, every second month (bi‑monthly) or every three months. If you need a different cadence, contact us, and we’ll be happy to help.

ARE THERE SUBSCRIPTION DISCOUNTS?

Yes. Subscriptions paid fortnightly or monthly receive 5% off; subscriptions every second month or every three months receive 3% off. Discounts apply automatically at checkout.

HOW AND WHEN AM I BILLED?

It’s pay-as-you-go. You’ll be charged on the same calendar day as your original order, then again at your chosen frequency.

WHAT IF AN ITEM IS OUT OF STOCK OR I WANT TO CHANGE MY BOX?

You can swap items, skip an out‑of‑stock item, or skip an upcoming fulfilment. Make changes via the NICS customer portal or the magic link we send you. An automated reminder is sent before each fulfilment.

HOW DO I ACCESS, PAUSE OR CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Access your subscription through the magic link emailed after purchase or via the NICS customer portal. You can pause, skip, edit or cancel at any time — pauses take effect immediately, and cancellations are immediate.

CAN I RETURN SUBSCRIPTION FRAGRANCE OILS?

Generally, fragrance oils are non‑returnable, so we recommend sampling before buying larger quantities. For full details, see our terms and conditions or contact our customer support team.

Wick Trimmer and Dipper Sat

A perfect combination. All candle makers should have them, the wick trimmer is so precise when trimming the wick leaving a nice clean cut on the wick. The dipper has safe action when putting out the candle and leaves the candle clean and ready for next time it is lit.
They would make a perfect gift set for someone to give to a candle crafter, I do appreciate it would involve packaging but I think it would be worth it.

PASTRY SMELLING YUMMY

Beautifull dessert smell, smells like cookies pastry with orange juice, reminds me a lot the spiced maple & citrus fragrance from NI CANDLES that i stopped using it when it was reformulated with phthalates. Great alternative
