One of the biggest things that sets NI Candle Supplies apart from our competitors is our Customer Loyalty Programme but some makers don’t know what this is or how they can benefit from it.
In this blog, we’re going to explain everything you need to know about NI Rewards. From signing up to spending points, let’s go through the perks and rewards you could get when you order from NI Candle Supplies.
How to become a member
When you visit the NI Candle Supplies Website in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen is a white present with a dark green background. If you click on this button you’ll open up NI Rewards. The first thing you’ll see is ‘become a member’, scrolling down you’ll see ways to earn and spend your Scents and how referrals can gain you more rewards.
To become a member you’ll need to sign up for a NI Candle Supplies Account. So go ahead and click ‘Join Now’. After you click this you’ll be diverted to the sign up page where you need to enter your first name, last name, email address and password - make sure it’s a secure one! You also have the option to opt into our mailing list if you’d like to receive informative emails on business updates, new products and blogs. Then go ahead and click sign up.
At this point, you should be sent one confirmation email that your account is set up and you can view your account by clicking ‘My Account’ in the top right-hand corner. If you now return to the ‘NI Rewards’ button in the bottom right-hand corner, you’ll be logged into your rewards.

What are Scents?
Scents are what we call our reward points. When your Scents start building, you can exchange them for vouchers. We’ll address how you can spend these later on in the blog.
How can I earn Scents?
When you join NI Rewards you’ll automatically receive 200 Scents to your account, it’s just our way of saying thank you for signing up. Then for every £1 you spend on the store you’ll get 5 Scents in return.
There are also a number of other ways you can earn points and which you can view in your account. Here’s how you can earn extra Scents:
- If you like our Facebook Page, you’ll earn 20 Scents.
- If you follow our Instagram Profile, you’ll earn 20 Scents.
- If you share our Facebook Page you’ll earn 40 Scents.
- We’ll celebrate your birthday by giving you 20 Scents.
This means before you buy anything you could have 300 Scents in your Account!
How can I spend Scents?
When it comes to spending Scents, you’ll need a certain amount before you can convert them into discounts off a purchase. Here are our tiers:
- 500 Scents will get you a £5 discount on any order over £25.00
- 1,000 Scents will get you a £10 discount on any order over £50.00
- 2,500 Scents will get you a £25 discount on any order over £100.00
Whenever you reach one of these milestones, you’ll be sent a unique reward code which can be redeemed at checkout. For example, if you reach 500 Scents you’ll be sent a code which will take £5 off your order at checkout. If you choose not to use the code, your points will roll on until you reach the next milestone. At the top of our emails, we also tell you the number of Scents you have.
For our top customers, we also give extra rewards when they refer NI Candle Supplies to one of their friends. You can find your referral link at the bottom of the NI Reward tab when you’re logged in.
If you refer a friend, you’ll get a 10% discount code when they complete an order. AND your friend also gets a 10% discount code to use on their first order. What a great way to reward our brand advocates!
Double Points Days
Now that you know how to sign up for NI Rewards, how you can earn Scents and how you can spend them, we would encourage you to ensure you've signed up to our marketing emails via the signup box at the bottom of this page, so we can invite you to our next Double Points Day. Our Double Points Days are held randomly throughout the year and allow you to earn 10 Scents for every £1 that you spend so keep an eye on our social media feed and your emails to find out when it will be!
