Room Sprays
Our room spray supplies make it easy to create fine-mist fragrances that feel premium from the first spritz. The non-flammable, vegan and cruelty-free room spray base blends smoothly with up to 5% fragrance oil, while our high-quality atomisers deliver a controlled, even mist. Together, they allow you to create custom room sprays that dry quickly, throw scent well and add an instant uplift to any space.

Are your oils vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes, all our products are 100% vegan. Our fragrance oils, as confirmed by our expert perfumers, steer clear of any animal-derived ingredients and have never been tested on our furry friends.
Are all of your oils CLP & UFI Compliant?
Safety and compliance are at the top of our list. By forging a strong partnership with a trusted UK-based CLP company, we've ensured that every product falling under CLP regulations meets the mark. So, you can purchase with confidence knowing you're getting CLP-compliant products.
Do you provide CLP templates for me to use?
Absolutely! Our compliance documentation is reviewed with every batch of oil received and the most up to date documents can be found here: EU CLP & GB GHS Documents.
I only want to use phthalate-free oils in my products, where do I find these?
We're committed to continuing to expand on our range of phthalate-free fragrance oils and you can find them all here.
I'm hoping to avoid the UFI dossier process for my finished products, do you have oils that will allow me to do so?
We have you covered with our ever expanding range of oils that do not require a UFI at 10% or less in a non-hazardous base (such as wax). You can find them all here.
Do you offer discounts for ordering oils in bulk?
Every candle maker’s need is unique, and we get that. We are able to supply our oils in any quantity required (subject to lead times) and offer a generous discount for bulk ordering, more information can be found here.

How long will it take to receive my order?
All delivery times stated at checkout are a guide only and are based on the time it will take from date of dispatch. Please allow additional time for dispatch and delivery during peak seasons and bad weather.
Is there a minimum order requirement?
No minimums here! We believe in catering to all our customers, whether you're just starting out in candle making or running a full-fledged business. From single-item purchases to large bulk orders, we welcome and value every order, big or small.
Do I need to be a business to order?
Definitely not! We welcome everyone at NI Candle Supplies, from the home hobbyist crafting for themselves to the big hitters in town stocking the high street stores.

Where do you ship to and how much does it cost?
We ship to most destinations worldwide with a focus on the UK, ROI and Europe.
Shipping costs vary depending on your location, weight and number of boxes required to ship your goods.
We offer a shipping calculator on the cart page, so that you can calculate your shipping costs before starting the checkout process.

Do you offer free shipping?
Indeed we do! For deliveries within Northern Ireland, free shipping is available for orders of £130 or more (excluding VAT). For Mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland, free shipping is available on orders over £210 before VAT. This offer applies to our fragrance oils only, and will be automatically applied at checkout when the conditions are met. Unfortunately, mixed orders do not qualify for free shipping.
Will I have to pay Customs charges on delivery?
We operate out of Northern Ireland, which means we're still part of the EU for Customs purposes. If you're shopping from the UK, ROI or anywhere in the European Union, there won't be any additional customs charges. However, for other international destinations, any potential customs charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Can I collect my order?
Absolutely! If you are based on the island of Ireland and would like to collect your order, select 'pickup in store' and follow these steps:

Can I visit your warehouse to smell the scents before I buy?
Not right now — our warehouse isn’t open to visits. We’re planning a showroom for 2026, so keep an eye on our socials for the opening announcement.
In the meantime you can order 10ml fragrance tester vials to try at home. If you’d like personalised help choosing scents, our team is happy to advise — contact us and we’ll point you in the right direction.
