Experience perfection with our detailed prototyping process. Your journey begins with the purchase of wax melts in your chosen scents, allowing you to fully explore and select the perfect fragrance. Once you're completely satisfied with your scent choice, if desired, we can provide a finished candle prototype (excluding label) for your approval*. This ensures that the final product aligns with your vision.

Our candles undergo rigorous in-house testing to meet European and British safety standards. We prioritise quality, ensuring each candle burns well and smells divine. Rest easy knowing our products are EU CLP and GB GHS compliant, safeguarding you and your customers.

Timely and Supportive Service

Once product sign-off is provided and material availability has been confirmed, you can expect a seamless production process with an average lead time of 3 to 4 weeks (from date of sign-off/material delivery, not date of ordering). Throughout this period, we offer full support and welcome your feedback, ensuring that your experience is smooth and satisfying.

Flexible Options to Suit Your Growth

By offering a smaller fragrance selection, we can accommodate a low minimum order quantity (MOQ) of 24 units, making it perfect for those just starting out. For orders over 168 units, a wider range of scents is available, while our Curated Creations collection for orders exceeding 500 units, allows you to to personalise your candle line with any scent from our range for a bespoke finish.
