Hi, I live in Spain and I need to understand the UFI information. I have recently ‘found’ your website. I don’t fully understand how the UFI works. I noticed in your fragrances that you have a UFI number. If I was to purchase that fragrance, do I use the UFI already provided by you, or do I need to submit my own UFI. I really am miffed as to how this all works. It would be great if someone could actually explain this in a step-by-step guide to make it easy. I look forward to your reply – Karen

Thanks for your comment Karen. You will need to generate your own UFI and submit the dossier where this is required. We provide some general guidance and links to more in-depth guidance in this post: We also offer a range of oils that do not require a UFI when used up to 10% in a non-hazardous base. These can be found here - they may be a good option, as then you do not have to worry about the UFI requirements at all.
