We’ve released a few new products and added a few new features to our site over the year, so thought we’d put together a summary for those who may have missed some of our earlier updates or would like a reminder of our recent changes.
New Products
Fragrances
The newest additions to our fragrance range include; Bakers Delight, Birthday Cake, Bluebells, Cashmere & Caramel, Elderflower & Gooseberry, Fresh Cut Grass, Gardenia & Orange Blossom, Herbal Bouquet, Irish Coffee, Palo Santo, Rosemary, Mint & Amber, Vetiver, Patchouli & Citrus, Fresh Cut Grass, Sea Salt & Sandalwood and a relaunch of our Spiced Maple & Citrus oil.
Mica, Glitter & Dyes
For those looking to add colour to and enhance the appearance of your waxes, we have new Glitter, Mica and Dye products available in a wide range of colours.
We’d love to see how you’re using these new products, so be sure to tag us in your social posts - we might include you as featured maker on our social feed!
Wax Melt Packaging
We’ve added a new 5 Snap Bar clamshell, a popular choice among many makers. These are 100% recyclable and made with 86% recycled plastic, making them a great choice for makers and businesses with a focus on sustainability.
Don’t forget to leave a review on any of our new products once you’ve had the chance to test them. We appreciate the feedback and it’s also helpful for other makers to know what to expect when trying something for the first time.
Discontinued products
In order to continue expanding the range of oils we offer, we have undertaken a review of our current fragrances, and fifteen oils will be retired from our range. We have sufficient stock of these oils and they are still available to order in bulk, view the list of oils being retired and read the full update below.

Free Shipping
Our free shipping offer applies for deliveries within Northern Ireland (orders of £99 or more exc VAT), and Mainland UK and the Republic of Ireland (orders over £199 before VAT).
International orders
We're happy to announce we now offer worldwide shipping with DHL.
Since April we’ve been adding the option to place orders in a larger range of currencies and we now support over 70 different currencies, including: GBP, EUR, BGN, CHF, CZK, DKK, HRK, HUF, PLN and RON.

Customs charges
Shipments to the EU and mainland UK do not have additional Customs charges. Note that customs charges may apply for shipments to international destinations and these are payable by the customer.

Bulk Oil Orders
For makers who have ordered fragrance oils in bulk with us in the past, or are looking to in future, we now offer a discount when ordering 1 litre or more of the same fragrance. Orders of 1 litre or more get a 5% discount and orders 10kg or more a 10% discount!

Promotions
Fragrance of the week
Every Tuesday we’ll have a new fragrance of the week with 25% off on all sizes of this oil until midnight Monday with a new fragrance going on promotion the following Tuesday.
Make sure you follow us on Facebook and Instagram to find out which fragrance is being featured each week. You can view the current fragrance of the week promotion on our Instagram Story Highlight (FoTW) and to make it even easier, you can view it via the Weekly Offer tab on our website.
Note that from time to time our fragrance of the week promotion may be replaced with other sales and promotions such as new product launches
Brand update; New look - same great products and service!
Last, but not least, you’ll no doubt have noticed a new look for our brand and website.
Not only have we changed our website looks we’ve given it a few functionality upgrades as well. Our website is more stable and faster and more user friendly to give everyone a better experience. It's also quicker to add items to the cart, and you now have the ability to reset your own passwords and download your invoices from within your order history.
We’ve also made it quick and easy to download datasheets without the need to go into each product listing individually.

We often send out surveys when looking for feedback on new products prior to their launch so keep an eye out for these in our emails if you’d like to have your say. For those curious about what else we have in the works, you can expect the addition of some phthalate free Christmas oils and new wax melt Advent calendars coming later in the year.

I love the website update. In particular, downloading the data sheets is much more convenient now. I’m really looking forward to the Christmas oils and the Advent calendars. I hope it won’t be too long before they’re available now that I’m putting together my winter collection.
